Book and pass IELTS/TOEFL (English track) or DELF/DALF (French track) — aim for B2 or above. Native speakers and applicants schooled in the target language are exempt.
High-school diploma (or provisional certificate) + full transcript. Apostille or embassy-legalise both, then have them translated into Romanian by a certified translator.
Create an account on admitereonline.usamvcluj.ro between 18 May and 22 July 2026 and upload the digital dossier.
Pay the EUR 50 processing fee to complete file submission. Fee is non-refundable.
USAMV forwards the file to the Ministry of Education, which issues the Letter of Acceptance to Studies (4-8 weeks). Mandatory for the student visa.
Ranked list published on 23 July 2026 on admitere.usamvcluj.ro. Selection based on high-school average (Bio + Chem weighted).
Transfer the EUR 2,500 confirmation fee to lock your seat. Later deducted from the first tuition instalment.
Book an appointment at the Romanian embassy with Letter of Acceptance, deposit receipt, financial-means proof and health insurance.
Present all originals, sign the study contract, pay the balance of Semester 1 tuition and apply for a dormitory place. Academic year starts early October.
