Help us with the inventory of European Nightjars on Natura 2000 sites
LPO Bourgogne-Franche-Comté is launching a regional inventory of the European Nightjar on Natura 2000 sites. Volunteers participate in nocturnal counts from dusk to midnight, from May 20 to early July, to quantify breeding pairs and reassess the conservation status of this distinctive species in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. These missions take place notably on the Chalonnaise coast and in the Mâconnaise coast area, always accompanied by a trained associate from the organization.
