SOS Bats in Hérault in 2027
The LPO's SOS Bats programme in Hérault enlists volunteers to intervene on behalf of these often misunderstood mammals. Missions involve rescuing and protecting bats threatened by habitat loss, insecticide use, and road collisions. Interventions, typically urgent and in the late afternoon, require a degree of mobility. Volunteers receive training suited to their participation in this active programme since 2012.
